It is not full retail pricing. Your contribution covers a share of logistics, handling, and coordination — usually about 5–15% of the underlying product value — so we can keep bulk procurement viable for everyone.

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days after you submit a basket with valid NGO details. Complex equipment orders may need an extra day for sourcing checks.

After confirmation and contribution alignment, dispatch is typically within 5–7 working days for most of India. Remote areas or monsoon peaks can add a short buffer — we will say so in writing.

Yes. Use the expert help form with camp dates, expected footfall, and focus (e.g. NCD, maternal health). A coordinator will suggest a sensible bundle.

We source through authorized channels and check batch documentation where applicable. You should still verify labels on receipt like any medical consignment.

We will propose substitutes or split shipment dates. You are never charged for lines we cannot fulfill after mutual agreement.
